Building with ferroconcrete

This implies that the foundations and the exterior walls are built in ferroconcrete instead of in traditional brickwork.

Although concrete construction is more expensive than traditional brickwork, this is largely compensated by the low number of working hours: it is a faster construction method.

Building with high-speed concrete blocks

Concrete blocks are known for retaining their shape, their pure structure and ‘last but not least’ for their strength. The concrete blocks are used in foundations and for erecting walls. So basically, concrete blocks are used whenever strength and durability are required.

This method is cheaper than using ferroconcrete and can definitely be used whenever concrete is not an absolute requirement.

Building with a steel frame construction

About thirty years ago we came in contact with the system of steel frame constructing, coming from the United States and more specifically from the construction of blocks of flats.

Nowadays especially people with a preference for modern, minimalistic architecture opt for this method. With this onstruction method, the structure is supported by the frame. The walls which are put against it at a later stage have no supporting function. For that reason often light walls are used. These are the advantages:

We co-operate with a French company, the steel comes from Belgium and the materials used for the walls, guarantee a superbly insulated house which meets the latest European standards for passive houses.

We surrender the house, weather- and windproof. You can finish it yourself or ask us to do it for you. This method results in a beautiful, solid house which meets all standards required and once again for a very reasonable price.
