My Home construction technique

We use a special method whereby a metal frame of galvanised steel is combined with walls of ferroconcrete which are covered with a 20 cm thick insulation panel of expanded polystyrene on the outside of the walls.

This method combines the advantages of traditional materials, such as ferroconcrete and galvanised steel, with the flexibility of an industrial production. This allows for a completely free choice in design and finish and is an important money-saver.

The quality of the insulation and the resistance of the structure against earthquakes are above the official European standard. The industrial production allows for a meticulous inspection during every stage of the production process.

Contrary to wooden frames, galvanised frames don’t have to be treated against bugs, the material is everlasting. The inside of all walls are equipped with 5 cm of ferroconcrete and guarantee a superb resistance against fire.

We work with a specialised team that can build these houses, depending on their size, windproof in less than 4 weeks.

This fast construction method offers several advantages and can save you a lot of money. You retain a free choice in design and you can choose to finish your house yourself.
